Welcome to Arctos Counseling Services! I specialize in working with those living with anxiety, unresolved trauma, compulsive sexual behaviors, and men’s issues. I am available to provide 50 minute individual counseling sessions, both in-person and virtually. Additionally, I offer Attachment Focused EMDR sessions both in-person and virtually. I plan to offer group therapy programs in the future. At this time, I only work with adults and do not offer couples or family therapy.
